In honor of Idaho's sesquicentennial anniversary on March 4, U.S. Senators Jim Risch and Mike Crapo recorded an informational spot featuring the actual bill signed by President Abraham Lincoln.

The spot was recorded in the President's Room in the U.S. Capitol, where Lincoln signed the legislation in the early morning of March 4, 1863, creating the Idaho Territory.
