I may not be able to answer the age old question “What is Truth?” but I can tell you what I know to be true:

The truth: Freedom of speech is a fundamental American right that continues to be threatened.

The truth: The Biden administration established a “Disinformation Governance Board” to police anything online it deems “disinformation.”

The truth: Giving unelected bureaucrats the power to chill free speech at taxpayers’ expense threatens our democracy.

That’s why Senator Tom Cotton and I introduced legislation to defund this unconstitutional scheme.

Freedom of speech must be defended.

The Biden administration’s Disinformation Governance Board needs to go.
