Washington, DC—Idaho’s Congressional Delegation will host informational sessions about the Academies and their admittance process in Boise and Post Falls on October 2, and Idaho Falls on October 9. Academy Liaisons, Cadets and Midshipmen will answer questions at the sessions about each Academy.

The Boise session will be held at Gowen Field, 4040 West Guard Street, Building 600, while the Post Falls session will be at the National Guard Armory, 5453 East Seltice Way. Those planning to attend either session need to RSVP to (208) 667-6130.

The Idaho Falls session will be held at the National Guard Armory located at 575 West 21st Street. An RSVP is requested by calling (208) 734-7219.

All sessions will run from 1 - 2:30 p.m.

A nomination from a member of Congress is required for admittance into a military academy. The deadline for the initial application for an appointment is October 31st.
