WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Jim Risch (R-Idaho) released the following statement after attending President Trump’s address to a Joint Session of Congress.

“America is back. For four years, Idahoans faced an economic catastrophe and inflationary disaster, a Green New Deal, a dangerous illegal immigration crisis, and a woke ideological agenda. We will not go back,” said Risch. “President Trump’s commonsense revolution is renewing the American Dream. We will end the flagrant waste of taxpayer dollars. We will secure our southern border by finishing the wall. We will root out bureaucratic bloat and restore our freedoms. America is safer, more prosperous, and stronger under the leadership of President Trump.”
