WASHINGTON— U.S. Senator Jim Risch, senior member and former chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, announced the selection of Arnzen Building Construction in Cottonwood as the Idaho Small Business of the Month for February 2024. Arnzen Building Construction will be recognized for its contribution to the North Central Idaho community in the Congressional Record of the U.S. Senate.
“Morris Arnzen’s purchase of Arnzen Building Construction in 1987 has played a crucial role in the changing face of North Central Idaho,” said Risch. “Arnzen Building Construction has expressed their commitment to high-quality construction and workmanship as a contributor to many of the area’s residential, commercial, educational, medical, and public works projects. The Arnzen’s support of the local fire department, youth groups, and 4-H chapters are a testament to their loyalty to constructing not only sturdy buildings, but a strong community.”
Idaho is consistently ranked one the best places in the country to do business. Each month, Senator Risch selects an Idaho small business that exemplifies the Idaho values of hard work, entrepreneurial spirit, and exceptional commitment to community.
